Purity Kathuri is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of
transformative leadership experience in strategic finance, operations management,
corporate governance, planning, supply chain management and cross-functional
leadership.

As the Finance and Operations Lead at Xenopia Group, Purity brings a visionary
approach to driving organizational success through refined strategies, innovation,
and collaborative solutions. She is instrumental in optimizing operational processes,
managing resources efficiently, and fostering strategic partnerships.
She holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of
Education (Accounting and Mathematics) from the University of Nairobi. Purity is
also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and an active member of the Institute of
Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and the Association of Women
Accountants of Kenya (AWAK).

In her previous role as Head of Finance and Administration at Techwin Limited,
Purity provided strategic advice to the Board, managed key partnerships, and led
business plan development. She has a proven track record of optimizing operational
processes, ensuring financial quality control, and driving revenue growth.
